On Saturday my hubby and I dropped the kids of at his Mom's and hit the road! Yep an over night hunting trip just the two of us! How romantic! Well not when your burried in your sleeping bag in a tent and it's only 20 degrees out! But boy was it nice to get out and hike, look for wild life and spend some quality time with my hubby!
We stopped to watch some does and spotted this old shed. Which we left behind because you are required to on CMR land.It was old, even had some moss growing on it. Super cool.
We hiked all over this crazy terrain. (Enough that I shouldn't have to exercise for a week) At one point I thought I was going to plummet to the bottom. It doens't look that scary but the ground crumbles under your feet in certain places and sends you slipping!! EEK!
I made it home with only a bruised tailbone. That was from an acrobatic move over a barbed wire fence that didn't turn out so well :) Thank fully there was no one there with a camera!
